It’s no secret that the Colorado Rockies struggled last season at the plate, particularly in September and October when the franchise had a chance to grab its first-ever National League West title. It’s also no secret that the Rockies are going to have to do better offensively if they have any chance of dethroning the Los Angeles Dodgers in the division.
So if the Rockies are going to improve their offense, how will they do that? Will they rely on younger players like Ryan McMahon, David Dahl, Garrett Hampson and others to step in for players who are potentially departing the team?
