Colorado Rockies second base prospect Forrest Wall hit a pair of home runs in the Low-A Asheville Tourists' 7-3 win over Kannapolis on Tuesday.
Wall hit a three-run shot in the bottom of the first inning off of Kannapolis starter Luis Martinez as part of a four-run frame. The No. 9 PuRP followed that with a solo homer in the fifth. Wall, who doesn't turn 20 until April, entered Wednesday with a .275/.350/.500 batting line in his first year of full-season ball.
