Catcher Dustin Garneau mashed a pair of home runs Sunday afternoon, a solo blast in the second inning and a two-run bomb in the eighth. It was his team-leading ninth and 10th homers of the season, and it marks the second time he's hit two long balls in one game this year (April 13 vs. Reno). It is also the seventh multi-home run game by an Isotope this season. Over his last 10 games, Garneau is batting .385 (15-for-39) with nine runs scored, three doubles, five homers, 14 RBI and four walks.
While Dustin Garneau provided the power of the afternoon, shortstop Cristhian Adames was just as impressive with his 3-for-4 day.
