A night after getting shut out for the sixth time this season, the Colorado Rockies will try to work through their offensive struggles on the fly in game two against the San Francisco Giants.
On the mound, they will send out Peter Lambert (2-1, 5.66 ERA) to make his third start of the year since moving into the rotation. As a reliever Lambert has allowed just three runs in 11 1⁄3 innings but has struggled as a starter where in two starts he has allowed 10 runs in 6 1⁄3 innings.
