The Colorado Rockies and San Diego Padres have alternated wins throughout the first three games of their series, with game four set to be an afternoon affair. The Rockies are still in the basement of the National League West and have lost eight of their ten games while the Padres are just 1.5 games behind the division leading Los Angeles Dodgers.
Randy Vásquez will toe the slab for the Padres, making his second start of the season. He allowed four runs in five innings in his first start — only one of which was earned.
