Okay, yesterday was a tough one, but today is a new day. It’s an exciting one, too, as your Colorado Rockies will send out Antonio Senzatela to try to even their season-opening series against the Tampa Bay Rays.
Senzatela was arguably Colorado’s best starting pitcher during spring training, as he collected a sparkling 1.56 ERA in his six games, tallying 16 strikeouts and four walks in 17 1⁄3 innings. Batters made contact - 16 hits in those starts - but Senzatela’s ability to limit damage was a great sign as he attempts to bounce back from injuries to rejoin the Rockies rotation.
