Colorado Rockies celebrate Chad Bettis day with win over Milwaukee

The Rockies beat the Brewers behind an excellent outing from Chad Bettis, making us all feel a little Chad.

During a seventh inning review of the game at-hand, Colorado Rockies play-by-play announcer Drew Goodman was reflecting on a game-opening two-run home run from Charlie Blackmon but stumbled and called him "Chad." That name -- followed by Bettis -- was regularly on the tip of his tongue Saturday afternoon.

Chad Bettis tossed 6 u2153 inning, giving up one earned run on five hits. He struck out five and walked two. At Coors Field -- and relative to what the Rockies have been getting at times from their starting pitching in 2015 -- that is almost Max Scherzian.
