As Major League owners and players continue to bicker over various proposals to start the 2020 season, there was one aspect in the latest proposal that was very curious.
As owner Roger Dorn did in the deadpanned sequel to “Major League,” in order to raise team revenue, advertisements such as “Zippo’s Bail Bondsmen” were plastered throughout the ballpark.
