The Colorado Rockies were down to their last strike when Charlie Blackmon took former teammate Juan Nicasio deep to right-center for a two-run home run that gave the Rockies a 4-3 win.
The homer was Blackmon’s first of 2019 and extended the Rockies winning streak to five. It was also the only hit the Phillies bullpen allowed in six innings of work.
The game had been tied 2-2 since the sixth when Phil Gosselin’s two-out single started a Phillies rally in the top of the 12th against Rockies reliever Chad Bettis.
