The 2024 MLB Draft has officially concluded! The Colorado Rockies have 21 picks in the books for this year’s First-Year Player Draft. With their first pick—third overall—they selected exciting corner infielder and outfielder Charlie Condon from the University of Georgia, who had the chance to go first or second overall. The Rockies also made two additional Day One picks. Their final draft pick for 2024 was right-handed pitcher Hunter Omlid from Arizona State University.
As always, the Rockies loaded up on pitching talent in this year’s draft. 13 of their 21 selections were pitchers with the remaining eight being position players.
