For Charlie Blackmon, enough was enough.
He didn’t say it, he proved it.
The veteran right fielder hit 3-for-4 and drove in two runs as the Rockies finally broke their road hex and came from behind to beat the Pirates, 4-3, Sunday afternoon at PNC Park.
Colorado won the game in the ninth off of Pirates right-hander Richard Rodriguez. Ryan McMahon drew a one-out walk and Blackmon drove him home with his second double of the game, tying the game 3-3. Blackmon took third on a wild pitch and scored on Matt Adams’ seeing-eye single through the right side.
