As the coronavirus pandemic has baseball on hold, Rockies season ticket holders also find themselves in limbo.
Those with season tickets don’t know what’s going to happen with the full or partial deposits they’ve made, an uncertainty that looms as the forecast for games at Coors Field with fans this year has become increasingly unlikely.
The Rockies have offered no official comment on season ticket refunds, although the team did issue a statement to season ticket holders in an email April 17.
“While we are still working on our ticketing policies with Major League Baseball, please be assured that you will not lose any payments you have already made for the 2020 season, and please hold on to all of your tickets,” the email read.
