The Rockies couldn’t get it done in extras tonight, and instead the Angels came up with the win thanks to a three-run home run in the top of the eleventh off the bat of Jared Walsh. Tyler Kinley has the loss as the Rockies record falls to 21-24.
Offense started out strong but couldn’t finish
Charlie Blackmon came up clutch last night, and he started off today’s game on the right foot as well. Blackmon gave the Rockies their first run of the night after hitting a sacrifice fly out to center on which Tony Wolters was able to score on.
