Colorado Rockies top pitching prospect Chase Dollander (no. 1 PuRP) has now made his first three big league starts after getting called up in early April.
There’s been a lot to like watching the budding star from Rocky Top, drafted ninth overall by the Rockies in the 2023 draft. He’s composed and confident on the mound, executing pitch after pitch and pounding the strike zone.
Dollander currently carries the second most strikeouts on the team with 18—just one fewer than fellow starter Kyle Freeland in 12 2⁄3 fewer innings.
