The Rockies have some strong prospects representing them in the Arizona Fall League this year. Their bullpen prospects in particular have been performing fairly well, for the most part. Jesus Tinoco (no. 21 PuRP) is the last piece of the Troy Tulowitzki trade who has yet to see the Major Leagues, but he is putting himself on the map with yet another week of stellar pitching. In two innings of work this week, he gave up a single walk to Mariners outfield prospect Ian Miller on November 7 against the West Division champion Peoria Javelinas.
