Tyler Nevin (no. 12 PuRP) has been tearing through the Arizona Fall League. Currently he is hitting .467/.553/.700 with four extra base hits, including three triples just this week alone. That leads the AFL, above Toronto Blue Jays phenom Vladimir Guerrero, Jr. who ranks second in average and slugging, but fourth in OBP. After battling injuries in 2018, Nevin is taking the opportunity to get some extra at bats and showing why he is a top hitting prospect in the Rockies system.
Sam Hilliard (no. 13 PuRP) also had a bit of a bounce back week as well, hitting two doubles and a triple as well as recording his first stolen base of the season.
