Right-handed pitcher Ashton Goudeau was the Rockies’ breakout prospect of the AFL this year. The 27-year-old was the only pitcher in the entire league not to allow a run, earning him the ERA title. In the championship game, he also recorded the win for the Salt River Rafters, pitching 2 2⁄3 innings with a hit and three strikeouts. Goudeau has been a bit of a late bloomer, but he will definitely be a prospect to pay attention to in 2020.
Catcher Brian Serven went out with a bang in the final two regular games of the Arizona Fall League, finishing a single shy of the cycle in his final two games.
