On Saturday, Aaron Schunk was added to the Colorado Rockies’ 60-man roster. He will report to camp on Thursday, reports Chip Towers in the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
Schunk was drafted by the Rockies in the second round of 2019. In a July 10 article, Towers had reported that Schunk was living with his parents in Decatur and taking batting practice with his dad at a local baseball park. Schunk was one of many minor league players with limited options for professional development given the cancellation of the 2020 MiLB season.
