It's Workout Wednesday!
Every week, we'll be releasing a new recommended workout from players, coaches, trainers and medical staff. This week we have a circuit training workout from goalkeeper coach Chris Sharpe.

What You'll Need
To complete this workout, you'll need a yoga mat, dumbbells and box step, but if you don't have access to these three things, you can use any household products. We recommend using anything heavy as dumbbells, towel as yoga mat and steps or a chair as a box step.
