It’s been a long two weeks (and two days) since we last saw our Colorado Rapids play. In the course of those two weeks, Shkëlzen Gashi has been rehabbing his ankle, Tim Howard has had surgery, Jermaine Jones has put in some serious minutes with the USMNT, and everyone else has been working their tails off at home to get ready. The Rapids have beat the Seattle Sounders the last three times the teams have played each other, but the Sounders have since brought on offensive weapon and 2016 MLS Newcomer of the Year Nicolas Lodiero.
