Cole Bassett has made a name for himself this month. The 17-year-old midfielder made his first MLS start on October 13 against Minnesota United FC. During his first 90 minutes, Bassett opened some eyes among Rapids fans and across the league as he showed a soccer IQ and technical ability well beyond his years, earning him MLS Team the of the Week honors.
