Defender Marc Burch is about to embark on his 11th season in Major League Soccer. In this interview with Richard Clarke, the former LA Galaxy, Columbus Crew SC, D.C. United and Seattle Sounders FC player offers his thoughts on the 2016 campaign, set-pieces, and the familiar face of competition at his favored position.
How are you approaching the new season?
I think just a fresh start. Going at it 100% and fighting my way into the starting lineup if I can, and if not, support guys that are starting. I just want to win, so however that looks.
