Last night, we shared that Sam Stejskal reported on MLSSoccer.com today that the Colorado Rapids had reached a deal with midfielder Benny Feilhaber.
Today, the club confirmed that the free agent has been signed to a one-year contract with an option for the 2020 season.
Rapids Executive Vice President & General Manager, Pádraig Smith feels that “Benny is a creative and experienced MLS veteran. He is a player that will help balance our midfield and contribute to the scoresheet.”
Rapids fans should be familiar with Feilhaber, as he was with Sporting Kansas City for four years before signing with Los Angeles FC last season.
