Update 4/14:
Major League Soccer shared a press release today that said it was looking “extremely unlikely” that play will resume in mid-May. They had been hoping to still play a full season and currently have enough room on the calendar to do so, but the longer this goes on, the less likely that will happen.
Update 4/2:
Major League Soccer has extended the training moratorium through Friday, April 24th.
Per the press release, “MLS training facilities remain closed to all players and staff with the exception of players requiring medical treatment or rehabilitation, under the direction of the team medical staff, that cannot be performed from the safety of their residence.
