The Colorado Rapids acquired defender Eric Miller from Montreal Impact today in exchange for their 2018 first round MLS SuperDraft pick. Miller, a first round MLS SuperDraft selection in 2014 for the Impact has played over 2,100 minutes in Montreal and has also represented the USMNT U-23 team and was at the January national camp.
This is a good move by the Rapids as Miller is primarily a right back and depth at that position is a bit thin, particularly at right back, and overall along the backline. But what does this mean for the Rapids and Marlon Hairston?
