The Colorado Rapids have locked down three players that they hope to be a big part of the club for coming years: Kellyn Acosta, Keegan Rosenberry, and Diego Rubio.
Acosta joined the Rapids last July as part of a deal that sent Dominique Badji to FC Dallas. The midfielder immediately made an impact, scoring a goal in his first game and featuring in 12 matches (all starts). He has 23 USMNT caps. Acosta signed a three-year extension effective immediately, with club options for 2022 and 2023.
Rosenberry came to the Rapids this offseason from the Philadelphia Union.
