The Rapids boss video conferences with his staff, holds film sessions with his players and tries to keep his club mentally ready.
“We’ve had weekly meetings,” Fraser said Monday during a video conference with media members. “We do video things and analysis-oriented meetings. We’ve not been able to make gains on the soccer side physically, but I feel that we’re making gains mentally, which at the end of the day is the most important thing.”
