The Colorado Rapids wrapped up their second day of preseason training in Casa Grande, Arizona on Friday, January 26. Eric Miller and Shëklzen Gashi checked-in to share how it's going:
"It's been really good," Miller said. "We have to get really fit and we have to learn the new system that Hudson wants to play. So we are learning a lot and getting in really good shape. All of the young and new guys have done a really good job bringing in new energy into the group."
"I think the mentality has changed completely," Gashi said.
