Kei Kamara and Jack Price were named to the MLS Team of the Week (Week 22) presented by Audi for their performances during the 6-3 win over the Montreal Impact on August 3.
Kamara had a stellar match as he completed his second career hat trick and became the first MLS player to score 10 goals for five different teams. Kamara’s 11 goals are the most scored for a Rapids player in a single season since 2010, when Omar Cummings scored 14 and Conor Casey notched 13. The Rapids have now scored a goal in 14-straight games, tying the club’s record that was set in 2007.
