COMMERCE CITY — Before the Colorado Rapids could end a soccer nightmare and begin winning again, they had to lose the fear, the self-doubt and the negativity.
“You have to hit the reset button,” Rapids coach Conor Casey said Wednesday.
After failing to record a single victory for more than two months at the outset of this season, the Rapids are undefeated in their last four matches, winning three times. While it might be too soon to declare this a trend, the turn of events has been nothing short of remarkable.
