The Colorado Rapids headed to hot, humid south Texas a mere 72 hours after a midweek match against Minnesota United. The Rapids took a 2-0 lead, but couldn’t hold on, leaving Texas with a draw, 2-2.
In the seventh minute, Diego Rubio (COL), controlling a header that fell nicely to his feet, and put it away to give the Rapids an early 1-0 lead. Great start!
