The high from the Colorado Rapids’ win over Real Salt Lake last Saturday was short-lived, as the Burgundy Boys came back empty-handed from Wednesday night’s game against FC Dallas in Frisco.
Colorado started out great for the first 20-30 minutes of the game. They relentlessly attacked, and while Dallas had a couple of opportunities of their own, it seemed to be only a matter of time before the Rapids would get on the board.
Unfortunately, Dallas Santiago Mosquera beat them to it, getting his first goal of the night in the 41st minute.
