The Colorado Rapids traveled to BC Place this weekend for a re-match with the Vancouver Whitecaps. The two teams just met back in May in Conor Casey’s first game as interim head coach, and the Rapids lost 2-3. Notably missing from the Burgundy Boys’ line-up was midfielder Jack Price, a late scratch with a hip injury. For the other side, Colorado faced Zac MacMath in goal.
It looked like the Rapids were going to get all three points tonight, but a lucky free kick for Vancouver in the 80th minute tied it up.
