The MLS Disciplinary Committee has issued another round of punishments this week: one that greatly benefits the Colorado Rapids this weekend and another that hurts.
The Good News
LA Galaxy forward Zlatan Ibrahimoviu0107 is suspended for two games (and issued an undisclosed fine) for violent conduct in the 86th minute of their game vs. New York City FC last weekend. This is definitely a good thing for the Rapids.
The Bad News
Diego Rubio was also handed a second game suspension for violent conduct in the 77th minute of the match against the Vancouver Whitecaps FC on May 3rd.
