Last night the Colorado Rapids had moments of connecting passes and doubled their shot total for the year. Several players had really great games, and several did not. The Rapids held off the Whitecaps until the 84th minute, when Brek Shea was left wide open and was able to dribble in and score on Tim Howard.
The worst part is that the Rapids actually dominated most of the game, with several waves of attacks. But as we’ve seen time and again this season, the other teams take advantage of any mistake that the Rapids make.
