Last week, Major League Soccer announced that the playoffs would be determined by points per game instead of total points and that the Colorado Rapids’ five postponed games would be canceled. With that, the Burgundy Boys moved from 11th place in the West to a playoff spot in 8th place, but the postseason is far from guaranteed.
