Colorado Rapids draw Toronto FC in 2018 CONCACAF Champions League

Colorado Rapids Soccer Club will face reigning MLS Cup champion Toronto FC in a home-and-away Round of 16 matchup in the Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League 2018. Official dates and times will be determined at a later date.

The Rapids, who will be competing in the region’s top club competition for the third time in their history, return to the international stage for the first time since 2011. The matches against Toronto FC will also mark head coach Anthony Hudson’s first official games at the helm after being appointed the club’s eighth head coach last month.

Colorado first appeared in the region’s top-tier tournament in 1998 after reaching the MLS Cup final the previous season.
