COMMERCE CITY — The Colorado Rapids are off to their worst start since 2003. As they near the bottom of the table early on in MLS play, hope remains that this can still be a competitive year.
This hope is based on a renewed mission statement that was built this offseason. The plan puts the fans at the forefront of what the Rapids hope is a sustaining and fun form of football.
This has eluded the Colorado club in history and this season. There is a long-term process in place to correct issues, just as there are some adjustments made to fix the present.
