After what’s felt like the longest off-season ever, the Colorado Rapids are starting their preparations for the 2021 season.
Last week, Rapids players began reporting to DICK’s Sporting Goods Park for preseason medical evaluations, COVID-19 testing and voluntary individual training sessions. Today, the club announced its full preseason roster, complete with the current team, select players from the Rapids Academy and players invited on trial. The team also began voluntary group sessions in Colorado.
Next week, the Rapids will depart for Tucson, Ariz., on March 8, where they will host their preseason training camp through April 11.
