In conjunction with Major League Soccer, the Colorado Rapids today announced their 2016 regular season schedule. For the fourth consecutive year, the Rapids will begin their campaign on the road, this time against San Jose Earthquakes on Sunday, March 6 at 1:00 p.m. MT.
A week later, the club will host their Home Opener at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park on Saturday, March 12 at 5 p.m. MT against Robbie Keane, Steven Gerrard and the LA Galaxy. The Rapids will play 17 home games in a 34-game schedule (24 Western Conference games and 10 matchups against Eastern Conference opponents) between March 6 and October 23.
