On Monday, March 1, the Colorado Rapids players reported for the first voluntary training ahead of the 2021 season. In one week, on March 8, the team will travel to Arizona to officially kick off preseason in Tucson. The current roster of signed players will be joined by select players from the Rapids Academy and players invited on trial. As of March 17, Edgar Castillo was released from camp following his team trial.
