New faces abound on the Rapids roster and some holdovers may be wondering about their futures with the club, but the front office and head coach Anthony Hudson speak very highly of three young players from the previous regime.
Striker Dominique Badji started in the season opener at New England and figures to be the first striker off the bench after new acquisitions Joe Mason and Yannick Boli are ready to be inserted into the starting lineup. Marlon Hairston, who has proven adept at right back and right midfield, would appear to be a great fit as an attacking outside midfielder in Hudson’s favored 3-5-2 formation.
