2016 Copa America Centenario Field Set

The field is finally set for the 2016 Copa America Centenario as both Haiti and Panama qualified via the playoffs for the June tournament:

Haiti defeated Trinidad & Tobago 1-0 on an 83rd minute strike from Pascal Millien to book their passage to the tournament. Former Colorado Rapids goalkeeper Steward Ceus started and played the full 90 for Haiti.

Panama smashed Cuba 4-0 in a contest that was as lopsided as it sounded. Former Colorado Rapids forward Gabriel Torres was an unused substitute for Panama.

With those two games out of the way, the complete field is set:

CONMEBOL: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela

CONCACAF: Costa Rica, Haiti, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, United States

The groups have not been completely drawn yet (the full draw happens in February), but we do know the four seeded teams:

Group A: United States

Group B: Brazil

Group C: Mexico

Group D: Argentina

The 2016 Copa America Centenario will be contested from June 3-26.
