Xavier Johnson has signed with the Denver Nuggets to compete in the NBA Summer League, per Chris Dempsey of Altitude Sports.
Johnson spent five seasons at Colorado and had a fantastic career. In his 127 career games, which included two NCAA Tournament appearances, he scored nearly 1500 total points and over 700 rebounds. With his creative, skilled and explosive offensive game, XJ can (and will) score from anywhere on the floor. He also has a tendency to catch fire during the most important games.
This past season was unequivocally XJ’s best with the Buffs.
