Colorado football will welcome more than 20 new players for the upcoming season.
One of the most important additions is Travon McMillan, who will be asked to fill the void left behind by graduated tailback Phillip Lindsay. The Virginia Tech graduate transfer announced Saturday his intention to join the Buffs and will be immediately eligible this fall as a senior. McMillian’s distinction as possibly CU’s most important addition stems from several factors.
1. He’s a proven weapon. McMillian rushed for 2,153 yards and 16 touchdowns over three seasons at Tech. He also caught seven touchdown passes.
