Colorado Buffaloes defensive end Mustafa Johnson will work out with the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent, per Ralphie Report’s own Jeff Hauser.
The star defensive lineman had 15 sacks and 26 tackles for loss in 26 career games for the Buffs. He was named All-Pac-12 in 2018 and was a major contributor to a Buffs team that made the Alamo Bowl in 2020. His three sacks performance against Nebraska in 2019 was the highlight of his college career.
Johnson was a projected draft pick before his senior season, but medical issues caused him to be undrafted.
