If Colorado ends up tied, the Buffs would hold tiebreakers against Arizona, California, Stanford and Oregon State. The only team they do not have the tiebreakers over is USC by virtue over CU’s loss which falls under the first tiebreaker of head-to-head record. The second tiebreaker is whichever team has the best record against the top team in the Pac-12.
