BOULDER — After recording a school record seven goals against Michigan to open the 2018 season on February 9, Colorado junior Miranda Stinson has been named the first Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week.
Stinson had a huge game against UM Friday, totaling eight points (seven goals and one assist), as well as four draw controls and two ground calls. She scored her first two goals of the season within 26 seconds of each other (21:45 and 21:19), which put the Buffs up 3-0. Stinson tallied her third marker of the game at 7:47 and then with 1:55 left in the first half, she converted on her first of three free-position attempts.
