It is shaping up to be quite a fruitful weekend for the Colorado Buffaloes. After the Buffs added a potential instant starter, it looks like Mel Tucker and Darrin Chiaverini have reeled in another difference maker.
Chris Carpenter, a blazing-fast WR from Texas, becomes the 5th commit from the 4th different state for the 2020 class. Carpenter, from Jacksonville High School (southeast from Dallas and north of Houston), is a rising senior that has some big-time offers. He chose Colorado with offers from other P5 schools like Arkansas, Oklahoma State, Oregon and Virginia.
Carpenter has wheels.
