BOULDER – The battle to replace Jalen Tompkins, one of Colorado's all-time greats in net, just got a little more crowded. Buffaloes' head coach Danny Sanchez announced the addition of Washington transfer Dani Hansen on Monday.
The addition of Hansen means Colorado will have four goalkeepers on its roster, heading into the start of fall training that is set to begin on Saturday. Hansen joins redshirt freshmen Megan Short and Emma Miller and fellow newcomer freshman Rachael Black.
"Dani is a player we recruited heavily coming out of high school and we are very happy she has made her way back to Boulder, Sanchez commented.
